David Atkinson
Director & CEO
Originally trained as an engineer, David began his career in Sheffield’s steel factories before transitioning to Assistive Technologies and face-to-face training in 2007. It was during this time that he witnessed the profound impact of Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) support, helping students unlock their potential and achieve career success. Driven by this experience, David developed and launched iView Learning, now one of the industry’s leading training portals, revolutionising the way individuals access education and professional development. Now, as Wyvern's director and CEO, David brings his trademark passion, knowledge and experience to businesses everywhere.

Romy Williams
Finance Director
As Wyvern's Finance Director, Romy is a guiding voice within the company. With over 20 years experience in finance Romy joined Wyvern seven years ago as an internal accountant, quickly earning the trust and respect of her colleagues through her knowledge, reliability and strategic insight. Her dedication propelled her into the senior management team, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial direction.Having a background in finance, she understands the fine line businesses walk between managing their bottom line and optimising their operations.

Sophie Stubbs
Operational Director
As Wyvern’s Operational Director Sophie Stubbs is passionate about leveraging technology to drive meaningful change. Since graduating in 2015 she has embarked on a dynamic career at Wyvern, starting as Project Manager before advancing to Head of Technical and Project Development. In 2021, her strategic vision and leadership propelled her to the role of General Manager.With a deep expertise in IT and the DSA industry, Sophie blends technical acumen with strategic foresight, identifying opportunities to enhance organisational efficiency while making a tangible difference in peoples lives. She excels at optimising business processes across departments , ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement throughout Wyvern.
