Coaching and skills development

With Wyvern's all-inclusive partner, we offer one-to-one coaching and skill development tailored to each individual's needs, capabilities and learning style. We build a personalised plan based on detailed consultations with the individual and (where appropriate) the employer. This is developed in line with the individual's overarching personal and career goals and delivered in flexible sessions that are easy to integrate into the working day.

We also provide tailored CV writing, interview preparation, and job-readiness coaching to help individuals thrive within your organisation.

Assistive technology

At Wyvern, our team has extensive knowledge of the difference assistive technology can make in the workplace. That's why we offer a comprehensive programme of training and support to help organisations make the most of their assistive tech.
